Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping is available in USA and MANY international countries!!

During checkout, if you receive an error stating that an item doesn't ship to your country, PLEASE fill out this C͟o͟n͟t͟a͟c͟t͟ ͟F͟o͟r͟m͟ and so I can add your country quicker!

NOTE: If you are ordering from outside of the USA, you are able to order up to 3 videocassettes without increasing the shipping cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any Customs fees, duties, and taxes.


Shipping Policy

  • Each order is assembled as they come in. Additionally, all orders are handmade by Tyler. For these reasons, please allow for 2 weeks turnaround on single item orders. If you've ordered multiple items, it may take slightly longer for your order to be completed.

 

  • All shipping labels are automatically generated using the information entered by the buyer. If insufficient information is provided, several attempts will be made to contact the buyer to verify their information.

 

  • If the buyer doesn't respond, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. TylersTapes will not be responsible for a package that is not received due to the buyer's address being entered incorrectly or insufficiently at checkout.

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to read a product's description fully before purchasing.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be available if the purchased product was not received.
         • If a purchased product was not received, a refund will be issued ONLY if the buyer's address information was entered correctly/sufficiently at checkout.

  • Refunds will be available if a product arrives badly damaged and/or unplayable. Alternatively, you can choose to have a replacement sent out to you.
         Products that arrive damaged will require sufficient picture and/or video evidence before a refund OR replacement can be issued.

          If a product arrives unplayable, please reach out immediately to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds will be available if an accidental purchase was made.
